Ah, Soho. Indeed, a great place to have a night out and enjoy yourself. There’s a lot to do in Soho, and for the casual holidayer, there’s a great night (or two) to be had. However, it’s all about making sure that you’re going to the right places and experiencing the best possible side of Soho.
To try and make sure that you’re getting the best experience in Soho, we’re going to take a tour through some of the more excellent points of its nightlife, and round the experience off with fantastic drink for the night.
Ronnie Scott’s Jazz Club
Starting the night off is a very popular Jazz Club known to many as Ronnie Scott’s. If you’re a fan of an intimate and relaxed setting with comfortable Jazz playing and the occasional live act, this is for you.
A lot of the people who visit the area have said that this is one of the best places to visit if you’re a fan of Jazz from people all across the world. There’s also food which is served as well as a rich selection of cocktails and drinks for you to sample. It’s definitely one of the highlights of Soho nightlife.
Freedom Bar
The Freedom Bar is a more mainstream cocktail bar, and more suited for people who maybe aren’t receptive to the crooning of a jazz tune. There’s a big open space for people just to sit, drink and enjoy their evenings.
Alternatively, there’s a late club and cabaret on a regular basis, so there’s always the potential for you to experience another side of Soho nightlife. The lovely atmosphere and easygoing staff are often cited as being some of the best features of this place, so it’s worth checking out.
Soho Zebrano
The next and final location we’re going to look at is the Soho Zebrano. This is a place which has been long regarded as one of the more clubbish locales, and there’s always a lively atmosphere playing classic tunes from around the world. It’s got a lot of good cocktails too, so it’s a nice place to go and visit when you’re looking for Soho nightlife.
The Drink of the Night
And now, we’re moving onto the drink of the night. As you could probably guess, the drink we’re interested in is the Swedish Paloma. It’s a unique blend of Absolut Cranberry, Ruby Grapefruit Juice, lime juice and soda water. It’s delicious and would be an ideal choice for you to consider when you’re out and about, so definitely give it a go.
Overall, Soho has a broad and diverse nightlife which caters to all kinds of people from all different backgrounds. It’s easy to see why so many people flock to the area for the nightlife, and Soho continues to diversify and expand to meet an increasingly modern audience.
