What makes taking care of your skin such a pain isn’t that it is necessarily hard but the fact that we all live very busy lives. When I wake up in the morning, I barely have time to eat breakfast and put on my makeup before I rush out the door. And when I come home, I am so exhausted from work and the gym that I don’t want to think about anything else.


The best way to take care of your skin is to keep things as simple as possible. This will make integrating them into your daily routine a piece of cake! Here are a few of my favorite simple, daily skin tips you should be doing every day:

The biggest reason I breakout is because I forget to remove my makeup and sleep in it. This is a big skincare “no no”. Your skin needs time to breath and when you sleep is when it regenerates itself.   1. Keep hydrated.

Not keeping hydrated can make your skin look dull and wrinkled. Be sure to drink at least eight glasses of water each day to ensure your skin stays fresh. It has been noted that drinking water actually rids the body of certain toxins. One of the best ways to remind yourself to drink eight glasses is to keep a refillable water bottle with you wherever you go.
