Leila has achieved starring in two off-Broadway plays in the last year, which she also produced. Her debut was ‘The Owl and The Pussycat’ a romantic comedy by Bill Manhoff.

Leila McCann is an Irish/North African actress from Dublin. She studied at prestigious schools in Ireland such as The Royal Irish Academy of Music and The Irish Film Academy. At 19 she moved to New York City to continue her training at the infamous Lee Strasberg Theater and Film Institute. Leila has achieved starring in two off-Broadway plays in the last year, which she also produced. Her debut was ‘The Owl and The Pussycat’ a romantic comedy by Bill Manhoff. Leila played the leading role of Doris Wilgus, A model and actress moonlighting as a prostitute. Her second play was Seascape with Sharks and Dancer by Don Nigro. Leila has a lot of exciting things coming up in her career, including a production of Spike Heels by Theresa Rebeck which is set to open in April at The Players Theater.
