Tell us about yourself and what you do
I am a visual artist that specializes in dark themed images. I do these images on paper, canvas, and skin. Pretty much any medium I can get my hands on. Oil paint, charcoal, pencil, ink. Right now I am mostly focused on illustration and tattoos.

Who has inspired you in your art and why?
I am mostly inspired by classical painters and sculptors. They created images that told stories and withstood the test of time. Also, they created art with a sense of higher purpose. I really admire the amount of craftsmanship and dedication these artists possessed.

What are your greatest achievements so far?
Thus far I have had my work published in a couple of books, designed an album cover for the Wu-Tang Clan, had a shirt design featured by Sullen Clothing, and will be teaching a college class on the art of Tattoo Illustration.

Do you have any tips for our readers that are trying to break in the industry?
Be true to your vision. Focus on creating the things that speak to you and keep creating obsessively. But also remember to stand behind your work and hustle hard.
