Top of my list is Awesome customer support, another think really close to me is honesty, so one hundred percent honesty is another pillar of our philosophy and finally great user experience

social media marketingWhat inspired you to start your business?
After working for a few years in a really good company with an awesome team, I decided to take the plunge and quit my job. I always knew that I wanted to work for myself, but quitting my job was much tougher than I thought. Just thinking that you will not have a paycheck next month is very different than not actually having one.

As I was trying to figure things out I saw an opportunity, helping online sellers (primarily crafters) automate their marketing efforts.

That was super vague and too broad for me to try. So, I started with helping Etsy sellers and saw that I can actually make a difference in their social reach. And so, was born.

How does your application stand out from from other applications like Hootsuite?
Hootsuite is awesome, but it’s made for bigger corporations and companies, not that there is anything wrong with that. It’s the same kind of product but for a different market segment. I prefer to work with small businesses and marketplace sellers.

Another thing is, as I am catering to a specific segment, I understand problems that my customers face better and solve them in the best possible ways. For example, you can plan you whole day on Facebook/Twitter/Pinterest in one click with and not with Hootsuite. also support integration with your shop, which means you do not have to upload any image which you already uploaded to your online shop.

What is the brand’s philosophy?
One thing that frustrates me (with other tools/services) is lazy, and unresponsive customer support. So top of my list is “Awesome customer support”, another think really close to me is honesty, so “one hundred percent honesty” is another pillar of our philosophy and finally great user experience, as this is something which brings people back and make them trust a product.

Where can our readers find you online?
I am active on practically all social media platforms. But, you can always find me here: and on Twitter: or on email
