Fuzion International is a lifestyle brand dedicated to style, craftsmanship and focusing on what makes all humanity alike rather than what separates us. The clothing line is inspired by humanism and life travels. Read the interview to find out more about them!

How did you come up with the idea for Fuzion International?
Living and traveling between Europe, Brazil, and California, my life experience has exposed me to a variety of cultures, settings, and lifestyles. During my travels, I’ve noticed certain common elements that are common throughout the world regardless of location. I choose not to focus on what makes us different, in fact I’ve enjoyed and enveloped myself in the similarities between Brazil and California, between Milan and Rio, I enjoy these very much. Having long had a passion for fashion, art, and style, in general, I decided I would express this love for humanities’ similarities in through a line of clothing and accessories.

Since you are a lifestyle brand, could you define what you see as a “meaningful experience?
The simplest of things can be most enjoyable if you have the right people and feelings around. A meaningful experience can mean hanging out on a beach with friends, great music, watching the sunset or working very hard and pushing yourself to a point you thought not possible. The satisfaction of achieving things that others told you could not be done. The feeling of life, of oneness, this is Fuzion.

What is your mission?
We would like to provide eclectic buyers with premium shopping options for their clothing and accessories. Something larger than just what is cool, or trendy. To provide them a lasting experience of life.

What has been your greatest achievement so far?
Solidifying Fuzion sponsorships with pro-MMA fighters like Derrick Easterling and Josh Paiva as well as Pro Superbike racer Sebastiao Ferreira, even though the brand barely had any items at all. It proved to me that I had a good concept for the United States. Others joining Fuzion that has meant a lot are Brazilian actors Thiago Martins and Antonio Sabato Jr.

What is your best advice for other fashion entrepreneurs who are starting a business?
Be prepared to be working on your company every sing day. If it is truly your passion, it won’t feel like an effort. Remember to embrace the creative process and to trust your instincts.

Why launch your brand in San Francisco?
When I moved to San Francisco Bay Area from Rio de Janeiro and began making friends and traveling around, I was immediately taken by how much this part of California reminded me of home. In Rio, you can go to the beach and swim in the sun, or you can drive up into the mountains and play in the snow. It is the same in the Bay Area. Because of the similarities, I was pulled into the heart of San Francisco and decided to make it our starting point for the brand in the United States.

Where and when is the official launch?
Our Official Launch will take place December 5, Club HUE, in San Francisco. We are throwing a VIP Launch Party. And of course, Nora, you are invited.

Tell us about your collection? Describe the items.
Fuzion International – Logo Tee and Snapback Hat

Our first shirt and hat prints are our classic logo and snapbacks. The tee features the logo on a black tee printed in what we call “Amapa” colorway and the “USA” colorway.

The FZN hats are premium-constructed snapbacks featuring the abbreviated logo FZN on the front and side, tag in the inside, and logo printed tape on the seams inside.

We Are Fuzion Tee
The We Are Fuzion tee is a vintage label style design meant to perpetuate the brand’s overall image of an elevated mindset and culture.

Beach Bear Cariofornia
This series is called, “CarioFornia”. In Rio, a native is known as a Carioca. We combined that word with California and came up with CarioFornia. This image represents the California Grizzly Bear walking down the Copacabana Beach in Rio. Already a hugely popular tee.

What’s next for Fuzion?
World domination! Just kidding, actually we are optimistic that we will be expanding the line more next year. We are planning to attend the trade shows across America. We have had a tremendously positive response from our first few test pieces, and we are looking forward to bringing the people more of the Fuzion line.
