Night Bender is a short film that addresses mental Health, addiction, and the importance of family.

Tell us about yourself and what you do
Hey! I’m Robert Francis I’m an actor out in Los Angeles and I’m currently promoting my new short film Night Bender. Night Bender is a short film that addresses mental Health, addiction, and the importance of family. The film and most importantly Robert Francis are picking up a lot of talk and traction in the festival circuit. I am also in a feature film coming out in 2019 called the Education Of a Negro. This film addresses the intricate race relations between cops and African Americans.

Who has inspired you in your life and why?
As I am from Idaho I would say acting wise, Aaron Paul has been a huge influence not only on me professionally but on a personal level too. While going through high school I was ecstatic to see another Actor from Idaho making a name for himself on such an international level.

What is your greatest achievement so far?
Alcalde wise, It would have to be appearing of M.T.V. and Tru T.V. Personally I would say the success of my short film Night Bender. This short film took a year to make and was by far the biggest undertaking in my proffessional acting life.

Do you have any tips for our readers that are trying to break in the industry?
That’s a tough one. I would say the biggest advice I have for anyone who is currently struggling to make it in the acting world, is never underestimate the power of Self Motivation. When I say this I mean, if there is anything that you think you need, often times you can do it yourself and get known for it. I found both of my agencies and first 2 feature film through work I had created previously and was lucky enough to get in front of decision makers eyes.
