Taking action on your idea no matter what the outcome is, to me is true success. Even when the outcome might be what you anticipated or worse, failure. You never know till you try. Period.

Julio MedinaIntroduction:
My name is Julio Medina, I am a veteran, visionary and entrepreneur.

How did you come up with the idea for your business/product?

I was in the United States Air Force as a Security Forces Member for 6 years, I loved the idea and concept of morale patches and I wanted to take what most people did as a hobby and turn it into a business. The idea of Morale Patch Armory had been a thought of mine for a while, and then I decided to take action and just start. We did that and the response was phenomenal.

What is your mission?
Our mission is simple. We aim to be the number one resource for all Morale Patches™ on the Internet. We want to provide our customers with the highest quality morale patches and designs and be a known industry leader in our area of responsibility.

What has been your greatest achievement so far?
Taking Action. It sounds like a simple achievement, but I know from experience in business that real success come from simply taking action. If you have an idea, it is simply not enough to just have a great idea. Taking action on your idea no matter what the outcome is, to me is true success. Even when the outcome might be what you anticipated or worse, failure. You never know till you try. Period. That is a broad achievement. On a smaller more business relevant level we are honored and proud to have filed and been granted our trademark Morale Patch™

What’s your best advice for other tech entrepreneurs who are starting a business?
I guess, my best advice would be something that goes hand in hand with the comments about my achievement. Do not wait for your success. Go get it. There are hundreds of other people who might have the same or similar idea that you might have and the only difference will be who takes the swiftest action and who does not buckle under pressure when the plan does not go like it was supposed to. Do not quit, do not get discouraged and take action.
