What Is the Human Growth Hormone?
Produced by the pituitary gland, the human growth hormone fuels bodily growth and stimulates cell reproduction throughout puberty and early adulthood. However, once you reach middle-age (typically 30), the pituitary gland slows down the rate at which it produces the human growth hormone.
As you grow older, the production of HGH continues to decrease.
