Dressing gown curls
One of the things many of us want in the summer is effortless hairstyles that don’t use heat. Heat is not only damaging to our hair, but it can be very uncomfortable to use heat on our hair during the summer months. Instead, why not consider these simple heatless curls that will dry naturally in the summer sun? Wash your hair and allow it to dry 70% of the way. Apply some serum, and then take a dressing gown belt and place this on top of your head. Split your hair in two and wrap it around the dressing down, securing at the end with a hair tie. Repeat one the other side and allow to dry in the sun!
One of the things many of us get self conscious about in the summer is cellulite – and it can stop some of us from wanting to get our legs out. However with this simple scrub, you’ll be able to reduce the appearance of cellulite and gain the confidence you need to flaunt it in the sun. Coffee is full of caffeine and this stimulates blood flow as well as the movement of cellulite. To make a simple coffee scrub; mix some instant coffee with sugar and coconut oil to make a thick paste. Rub in circular motions while in the shower for a few minutes each day.

Speaking of scrubs – one part of the body that takes a beating in the summer is our lips. With hot temperatures, our lips become dry very quickly and they become chapped. To avoid this happening, scrubbing your lips every couple of days is essential. To make a simple lip scrub at home you will need some coconut oil and sugar. Mix into a thick paste and then scrub gently in circular motions on your lips for 1 minute. Once washed off, apply some lip oil to hydrate your lips.

Massage argan oil into your hair once a week and leave it to sit for 1 hour or overnight. Wash out in the shower and your hair will thank you for it!
Cucumber for brightening

Cucumber has been used for a long time to brighten up below the eyes and you can add this into your beauty routine to refresh your eyes and keep them bright and healthy. Slice some cucumber and place over your eyes, leaving for 30 minutes. Doing this once a day or a few times a week will make all the difference to you.
Rose water for clear skin

Beer for silky strands
Beer is a surprisingly good hair product. Beer has some nutrients in it that help to clear your scalp as well as soften your strands, and by pouring some beer onto your head as a rinse in the shower you’ll soon notice your hair is so much softer. Banana peel for pearly whites
One of the things we want to be able to do during summer is smile for the camera and record our special memories.
