If you develop hemorrhoids, an anti-inflammatory cream or witch hazel pads are safe to use during pregnancy and can relieve the itching, pain and swelling.
  6. Incontinence – Most pregnant women have heard horror stories about pregnant women accidentally emptying their bladders due to coughing, sneezing, jarring or laughing. Fortunately, most women only leak a few drops of urine. You can help prevent this embarrassing symptom by going to the bathroom regularly and wearing a pregnancy liner.
